Come join us for our first Chaine Unplugged, an informal dinner at the Mainland Inn in Harleysville. The combination of Chef Max Hosey’s inventive cuisine and proprietor Sloane Six’s farm-to-table proteins and produce (Quarry Hill Farm) are refined and delicious. The Inn reopened in 2015, so if you have dined there before, you need to see it now!  The setting is beautiful and if the weather is nice, we can dine outdoors.  

What makes a Chaine Unplugged event different?  No assigned seating, no presentations, casual attire and in this case, no set menu.  Just the camaraderie of the table, and we will all pay as we go, (typically around $50 or $60 per person for 3 courses at the Inn).  The restaurant has agreed to allow us to BYOB, so bring a favorite bottle if you wish or even order just a glass from the wine menu and we will all enjoy a wonderful meal together.  This would also be a great opportunity to introduce friends to the Chaine in a casual atmosphere.

Parking is easy, directions are very easy, the restaurant is just off the Lansdale exit on the Northeast Extension.  Although we don’t have their August menu yet, you may take a look at a sample menu on their website to get an idea of why the Chef is so creative.
