Marty Grims is a successful restaurateur who has been pleasing Delaware valley area restaurant goers for many years with his White Dog Cafés, as well as Moshulu and restaurants in New Jersey.  The Autograph Brasserie, opened in May, is his newest upscale bistro, and it's becoming popular.  Taking the spot held by Georges then Peppercorn in Wayne, Marty redesigned an expansive space, added a beautiful garden (where they harvest many fresh herbs for their cuisine) and brought in Ralph Fernandez, his partner at Moshulu to serve as executive chef of Autograph.  Chef Fernandez is extraordinarily versatile and he brings a sensibility to his cuisine that combines taste, appearance, texture and color to create plates that please all the senses.  It's all about the balance.

On this night we will taste dishes from Spain, Italy, France and America.  Your dinner committee was able to procure some unique wines and pair the corresponding wines of each of these countries to its respective dish!

Join us in the beautifully designed Club Room and if weather permits we will hold the reception outdoors in the garden.  This will be a fun and casual event in a soon-to-be not so hidden treasure of a restaurant.  Parking is free and there is plenty of it, and the restaurant is right on Lancaster Ave.
