Chaine Unplugged: Savona's Private Wine Room

This is truly an Unplugged event, since it started when we decided to gather a few Board members together at a local venue and tie up some loose ends from the induction dinner.  The Board responded enthusiastically, and it blossomed into an entire private room at Savona!  

Come join us for a lovely intimate dinner where Michele Konopi, Sommelier will be serving our wine, and chatting with us too.  Michele is entering the Jeune Sommelier competition next year and this is a great opportunity to see a young rising star right here in our backyard.  She is a friend of our own Steven Gullo who placed third nationally a few years back.

There is only one large 20-person table in the gorgeous, private wine room and we know that everyone who has been involved in the planning is going to be there, so you must reserve extremely quickly!  We will not accept guests (partners/spouses of course are welcome) but we will have a short waiting list in case of a cancellation.  

We will start with bubbly between 6pm and 6:15, conduct a short ceremony, then have dinner at 6:30.  Savona has created a tantalizing custom menu just for us.
