We would like to welcome you to our annual induction dinner on Tuesday October 16, and this year we have an extraordinary special guest.
Louis Latour is the 11th generation leader of his family's great estate in Burgundy. On this night he will join us, he will speak, and we will drink his premier and grand cru wines! And what better venue than the Union League of Philadelphia where we will be treated to the cuisine of one of Philadelphia's most talented chefs, Martin Hamann.
The menu has been crafted to pair with the wines that we will serve, both whites and reds, and all in magnums. Each course will be over the top, featuring all your favorites such as oysters, truffles, foie gras and more.
In addition, we will have our annual silent auction of wines to benefit the Chaine Foundation, and this year, we will add two lots of Latour wine graciously donated by Louis Latour and we will auction them live!
Induction 5:30 to 6:15, attendance is not required unless you are an officer or are being inducted. A Cremant de Bourgogne from a Latour property will be served.
Reception with butlered hors d'oeuvres and Cremant 6:15 to 7:00
Dinner 7:00 to 9:30
