It's time for our annual picnic but this will be more like a feast and a party! Our own Delaware Valley Professional member Scott Clarke and his team at Blue Monkey will cater our event. As you may know, Scott has an excellent resume including studying under Georges Perrier! The menu is extensive and the dishes reflect Chef Scott's personal interpretation of Cuban flavors. Expect big and bold and wonderful cuisine. A sampling is below.

You will be outdoors, weather permitting, in the gardens of Matt and Ellen's beautiful home on the mountain.
We will feature a cocktail or two, a Mojito is on the list with another surprise. You are encouraged to BYOB as we will be providing bubbly but no other wine for this event.
And wait, there is more! We will have a four-piece live band performing pre-war Cuban music.
This event will be a blast and you are encouraged to stay as long as you wish. Expect wonderful rum and whisky and even cigars afterwards if you like. Matt and Ellen will reserve three bedrooms just in case you have too much of everything.
Don't delay, we expect this event to sell out quickly as we are limiting it to 54 people. Members receive priority as always, but you may bring a guest provisionally.
