"One doesn’t often think of Phoenixville as a hotbed of culinary excellence, but one restaurant, Majolica, has stood out for a long time now, quietly gaining accolades."
This was our opening sentence for the March 2013 Delaware Valley invitation to Majolica, which was the last time we visited this gem. Having won best chef in Chester County a few years back, Chef Andrew Deery continues to craft excellent cuisine. For the Delaware Valley Chaine and our guests he will create a special 6 course tasting menu which we will pair with wonderful Italian wines, mostly from Tuscany.
Come join us in his beautiful, warmly decorated restaurant on a cold night in mid-January and enjoy the camaraderie of the table. Guests are welcome so bundle up and prepare to have a great time!
Here is an idea of the menu, we will finalize shortly:
Fluke crudo, grapefruit, olive oil
Caramelized onion broth, raclette crouton
Salad with cured yolk, roasted local mushrooms, oyster vinaigrette
Fried sweetbreads, pancetta, capers, brown butter, lemon

Milk-fed Suckling Pig Porchetta, beluga lentil, collards
