On this evening we return to our friends at this wonderful cozy restaurant where we last had an amazing tour of the Rhone Valley in 2021. Founded in 1978 at great risk by the pioneering and visionary Michele Haines (a female chef offering French cuisine in the suburbs!), this historic venue continues to offer wonderfully crafted food of Michele's French heritage. On this evening we are traveling to the Spring Mill Cafe to delight in the cuisine spanning the north of France.
Our host, owner Ezra Haines is a good friend of the Delaware Valley and he and his staff always deliver a memorable experience with a custom designed seasonal menu that truly wowed us at the Pairing dinner.
We have curated each courses with a few recognizable wines as well as a few that will surprise and possibly educate you, all from the northern wine producing regions of France. All will be delicious.
We will meet at 5:30 pm in the Farmhouse for a Reception followed by a 4-course menu served in the main house.
Here is your menu with wine pairings. Join us on this unforgettable journey as we explore, enjoy the camaraderie of the table and warm our hearts and bellies on what will most likely be a cold November evening.
